The Rose Group proudly announces that as of November 30, 2018 the firm has relocated to its new office space in The Factory office suites at The 42 in the redeveloped Brewery District (also known as the former Pabst complex). Our new address is 1134 N. 9th Street, Suite 220, Milwaukee, WI 53233.
The open concept space, designed by Milwaukee architecture firm Rinka+, allows us the flexibility to work not only individually, but also collaboratively using a variety of group meeting spaces throughout the suite. The space was designed to incorporate numerous technology upgrades, including video conferencing and mobile workstations, allowing our team to better serve our clients. Creative Business Interiors served as the general contractor for the project, bringing our vision to reality.
The Factory provides many great amenities to tenants, including a community lounge and meeting space, fitness center and coffee bar, amongst others. The 42, developed by Scott Lurie of SSL Milwaukee, LLC, is also home to Glass + Griddle, a beer hall style restaurant, the Venue 42 event space, and Milwaukee Brewing Company’s new brewery operations. We look forward to utilizing the entire building as a way to attract and retain top talent and continue to grow our firm to provide the best legal team for our clients.
We are excited to begin this new chapter in our firm’s history and look forward to many years in our new space.
